All reservations require a guarantee by a valid credit card (Visa or Mastercard; number and expiry date). This information is held as a safeguard, there being no charge at the time of booking. For bookings for longer than 10 nights or of more than two rooms for the same period, availability and special booking conditions should be checked by email before using the online reservation.

Reservations can be cancelled without charge up to 48 hours prior to the date of arrival. Otherwise one night's accommodation fee will be debited to the credit card.

Payments by cash in Turkish Lira, Euro, USD and GBP are accepted. Also acceptable are Visa and Mastercard (not American Express). We make a 10% discount on the room rates for cash payments (not available for payments with credit card or debit card).

Our check-in time is 13:00 hours; our check-out time is 12:00 hours. Guests can store their belongings in our storage room and use the hotel facilities before their check-in and after their check-out

Children under 12 are not accepted in our hotel.
